OUR NEW IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND PROTOTYPING OF CUSTOM TOOLING & FIXTURE CAPABILITIES
We’re excited to announce a powerful new service offering at Dicronite Southwest: full in-house engineering, design, development, and prototyping of customized precision tooling & fixtures utilizing CAD software and 3D printed TPU components to address production part handling, quality inspection, and/or critical masking requirements.
This new capability enhances our ability to provide highly tailored, repeatable custom precision tooling & fixtures to protect critical surface areas that have complex geometries—where a component requires critical part handling, quality inspection, and or it to be “coated” on very specific and precise surface areas such as shown in the attached example.
Our Expanded Capabilities Include:
· Custom Tooling & Fixtures — Utilizing CAD to design tooling and/or fixtures for components that require masking to exact tolerances to shield sensitive areas like seals and mating surfaces.
· 3D Printed TPU Masking — Durable, reusable, abrasion-resistant masking plugs, caps and/or other complex type configurations for R&D or Production.
· Precision-Cut Masking Solutions — Utilizing highly-accurate, custom masking type films to ensure accurate, precise, clean and consistent edges.
· Integrated Engineering to Delivery Workflow — From CAD to Inspection, all handled under one roof.
