|COVID-19 Dicronite Southwest is OPEN|
|Dear Valued Customers Of Dicronite Southwest;|
On behalf of all of us here at Dicronite Southwest, we hope that you and all of your colleagues within your respective Organizations, along with your families, remain healthy and safe to the degree possible given the challenges that we are all facing in light of the onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines and recommendations set by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As a result, we have implemented multiple safety measures within our Organization to further enhance the safety of all of our employees here at Dicronite Southwest to ensure their health and welfare, as well as to continue to support your requirements for our precision Dicronite Dry Lubrication Coating and Passivation Services!
As you may have heard, the Governor of California essentially issued a “Safer at Home” order that went into effect for most businesses except for non-essential services. The guidelines states that essential business are exempt from this order. As a result of Dicronite Southwest being an ITAR Company supporting the Defense Industry with our Dicronite Coating on various parts, including fight critical parts that are installed on various types of military aircraft, which some of your respective Organizations machine and/or produce, Dicronite Southwest is exempt as we fall under ‘Critical Manufacturing’ Sector and will continue to operate.
We have received multiple letters reinforcing the need for Dicronite Southwest to remain open from Organizations that support our Government with their parts that require our dry lubrication coating, and will continue to operate accordingly. In the event something should change, we will inform you accordingly.
We look forward to continuing to support you with your Dicronite Dry Film Lubrication Coating and/or Passivation requirements, and our thoughts and prayers are with all of you to remain healthy and safe!
